I'm a project manager, experience producer, choreographer, coach, and business strategist. For over twenty years I've been creating things that move people — events, shows, workshops, training programmes, teams and strategies.
I work at an unusual intersection: the creative instincts of a director, the operational discipline of an experienced project manager, the commercial fluency of someone who's done market strategy & sales in B2B, and intuition of a coach who sees people.
There's a distinction that matters to me: I don't hold the vision for what a product should be. I hold the vision for what someone should experience interacting with it — as a customer, an audience member, a student, a team member or a partner. More than 60 choreographies, full-arc stage shows, recurring events, hundreds of workshops and real, actionable business plans have all been built around one thing: experiences that make people move.

Experience design & production
I start with what someone should feel walking out — then reverse-engineer every element to get there. Concept, team, staging, logistics, audience journey — I hold all of it.
SalsaNor Show, Trondheim (2018, 2019, 2024)
Art directed and choreographed three annual productions for SalsaNor's flagship event. Built the show team, designed the concept, ran rehearsals and production.
El Sol Festival, Warsaw (2018, 2019)
Art directed directed shows for one of world's largest salsa festivals.
Two years, 6 different productions, international cast.
Run live streaming of 3 stage productions for one of world's top salsa congresses. International stage, team and cast.
StjerneKamp, Norwegian national TV (2016)
Choreographed for Norway's prime-time talent show. Live broadcast, no second takes, millions watching.
Bårdar Latin Night, Oslo (2014–2017)
Created and ran a bimonthly event series in Oslo for three years. Concept, production, marketing, artist coordination — every edition.
Musicals "Rumbesque" & "Rumbesque reloaded" (2011, 2013)
Wrote and produced 2 full-arc Latin musical from scratch. Script, choreography, staging, cast development. Staged in Drammen and in Oslo.
"Salsa — Back to the Roots", Oslo (2012)
Produced a full weekend event combining live music, dance workshops, performances, and a documentary screening. Concept, venue, artists, media, sales — end to end.
Warsaw Salsa Festival concerts (2008)
Coordinated La33 live concerts at the 4th International Warsaw Salsa Festival. Full event production — artists, venue, logistics.
Dyjak Events, educational fairs (2003–2004)
Event coordinator for international educational fairs. Responsible for building and managing partnerships with international exhibitors.

8 show teams built from the ground up
Built 8 show teams from scratch in Norway, Sweden and Switzerland. Many started with zero stage experience; some stayed for nearly a decade, growing from first-timers into international performers.
Instructors mentor (snce 2019)
Trained and mentored dance instructors at SalsaNor for 6 years. Not just what to teach — how to see students, read the room, and adapt.
Event team lead (2014-2017)
Led a Bårdar Latin Night core team of 3 while coordinating hundreds of international stakeholders — artists, DJs, partners, promotors, and customers.
250+ international workshops
Taught across Europe and Asia. Every room is different — different levels, cultures, expectations. Learned to connect, adjust and design a sessions that lands for everyone.
20+ years as pedagogue

Business & strategy

DataInFlow, co-founder (2024–2026)
Built a B2B product data platform from zero. Designed the market strategy, shaped the product, built the partner network across the furniture industry.
Inherited a stalled product. Designed and implemented a new market strategy, engaged prospects in co-building data flows, onboarded customers.
Xeris, Sales & Marketing (2020–2023)
Built the sales toolkit, prospecting system, and content strategy. Turned scattered efforts into a repeatable process.
Own business (since 2008)
Built and ran a freelance practice spanning production, event management, art direction, coaching, sales, marketing and finance. From concept to cash flow — owning it all.
Warsaw Salsa Festival, international promotion (2006–2008)
